Writer doc to show problem with Endnote anchor links in PDF

1. Open the attached Writer document and export to PDF.
2. Click on one of the endnote anchors on page 1.
EXPECTED RESULT: Document view changes to show corresponding endnote.
ACTUAL RESULT: Nothing happens.
This PDF functionality was present in OpenOffice (and probably still is). So it
should be there in LibreOffice.
