Right click context menu by clicking somewhere on the page causes jump to
cursor, except if the full page is visible
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Zoom in
3. Scroll to the bottom & right click somewhere
4. Jump
5. Scroll out.. right click somewhere no jump
Actual Results:
Jump if zoomed in
Expected Results:
No jump
Reproducible: Always
