features for adding and improving a tool, such as a shapes tool.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.fragment object
Actual Results:
The Shape Fragment command create new shapes from existing shapes that overlap
or surround each other.
Expected Results:
keeping everything. Yes, it discards nothing at all. In fact, it "fragments"
each possible division caused by overlapping shapes and turns them into many
small shapes.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
the new function is to be added in the "shapes" tool
