FILEOPEN ODT: Allow table to split across pages and columns disabled for an
embedded table isn't honored on file open
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Notice the embedded table to be split across the page
3. Press backspace above the table. & enter.. now it's working
Actual Results:
No split not honored on file open
Expected Results:
Should be so
Reproducible: Always
