Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha1+ (x64)
Build ID: 2f4172fc48aab38c64851ba3a384bd6c7c180634
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win;
Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

but it's clear steps:

1. Create a 2x2 table
2. Table properties -> Borders -> Set no borders -> OK
3. Select the right column, merge cells
4. Select the bottom left cell, the menu "Table-Properties..." - Frames "- Set
only the outer frame
5. Save file as with doc format, close it and open again

because a table has all borders by default and I didn't see the problem before
disable it

DOCX doesn't have the problem, only DOC
