Here we are with another msoffice bug mantained on LibreOffice for
compatibility purposes.

As there are several SI (IF) functions, only can leads to mistakes or not being
found/used while it can be. Looks like a function to verify the value is a
date.

I think a little explanation would be nice in the help, to make it easier to
find the function in Spanish.
