To restore language, can you start this printer admin in Libo folder program : /opt/lodev4.0/program/spadmin for me In property of your printer, you should be able to select the correct behaviour of language. And then settings will be permanent. nb: you should perhaps (check or not) CUPS settings on the first page of this program (me it's not checked).
