Hello Dave,
No, we don't plan on releasing a new minor version of LibreOffice 6.3 unless
there is a security issue published.
I'm a bit surprise because this is the only report of this kind, meaning in
general it works, so there might be something on your end. are you behind a
proxy or is the firewall blocking LibreOffice to check it ?
If you have some time, would you mind downloaded a previous minor version from
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ and recheck ?
