This bug is not simple.
I now retested in Lin and print to PDF is fine with master 7.0+. Even with 6.4,
I only saw printing of 2 instead of 4 images.
But, test with master 7.0+ in Win there's a new bug, 1st page image is black
and 2nd page images are wrong.
So we would need a Windows bibisect.
