Select range
Formatting > Conditional Formatting > Data Bar
Choose More options
Change (one of) the Bar colors
(look out for problems - see bug 58335 )
Close
Now Formatting > Conditional Formatting > Manage
Choose the relevant Range, then Edit
In the now opened Conditional Formatting dialog More options
> the initial Light Blue and Light Red are the colors shown
