Absolutely not. And the issue is present, when I grag the the selected cell
range down by two rows.
Try to move the cell range less rows down. Select cell D10 to paste. You will
see the issue prompt.
(I am using Hungarian locale settings, and alternate English/Hungarian user
interface languages.)
