This bug is about system Open/Save dialog in Windows, not Libreoffice dialog
which is OK.
If folder has many files, LO doesn't show all files on fileopen. You know if
you sort by date/recent, it will show some old up to some number.
Example: I have 7952 files and LO shows always up to 3827 files.
Only way to open newer file is to type it's name.
