Colibri format toolbar icons for Catalan language
Toolbar icons for are customized by locale, but they are wrong for Catalan in
some themes, because N, C, S icons are shown (Spanish like) for Bold, Italic,
and Underline format, but hotkeys for Catalan are standard/English ones:
Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U.
Themes with this bug are: breeze, colibri, elementary, sifr, sukapura, and
related ones.
