Description:
I'm a writer and have for some time put up with the cursor in you software
jumping everywhere, while I'm working. How do I fix this? I've tried a
Microsoft fix but that doesn't work. This is aggravating.
Also when I open my files it seems to take along time for them to open. Many
times thirty seconds at least. What is the issue?
Actual Results:
Please fix the problem.
Expected Results:
I want the cursor to stop jumping when i work, and I want my file to load
quicker. Your sever seems slow to react to my computer.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I should have been able to fix this problem with a Microsoft fix. The cursor
when I writes should be stable, and not jump like it does.
