Description:
Inserting/Changing the header/footer in impress doesn't apply immediately to
the current slide, it is only visible as soon as one switches to another slide.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an empty presentation
2.Create a 2nd slide (1st is a special case)
3.Menu>insert>Header and Footer
4.Change some text anywhere
5.Apply to all and close the dialog
Actual Results:
The header/footer stay unchanged.
Flipping to 1st slide and back to the 2nd: the change is effective.
Expected Results:
Change is applied immediately.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Refresh current slide.
