Problem description:
When I activate "Fit to frame" (Textbox) - nothing happens. SHIFT+CTRL+F8
doesnt work anymore either.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a Textbox (F2)
2. Type some text
3. Right click - Choose "Text..."
4. Deselect "Height to text"
5. Choose "Frame to text"
6. Nothing happened
7. When I use SHIFT+CTRL+F8 = It doesnt "fit to frame" anymore (that workaround
worked at least in 3.6.x)
