In the picture is no error.
I'd like to show that if you use this option it should work equal as you
explained.
But it doesn't
I can change the level to level 2, but when I close the dialog and reopen it
keeps in level 1 and nothing changed in the document.
You used the Chapter numbering which works fine
I used the List numbering which does not work.
I suppose that both numbering dialogs should gave the same result.
