Notice the three dots in the right
With
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/29575dc6a481f2548b3fcb0906138861aec03583%5E%21
we have now options to disable some kind of Infobar. Would be handy if we can
expose this configuration with three dots so user can make a configuration to
disable or hide Infobar.
