For what is worth, I've just installed Grammalecte-fr-v1.9.0.oxt on Ubuntu
20.04 (with LibreOffice 6.4.3) using
sudo unopkg add -f --suppress-license --shared /tmp/Grammalecte-fr-v1.9.0.oxt
and it went flawlessly ; standard users can use the extension.
