Description:
After creating a custom heading it is not shown in Navigator.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new formatting below "Heading 1"
2. Assign it to a text heading
3. Check the Navigator
Actual Results:
Navigator is still empty.
Expected Results:
Navigator should have an entry with the created custom formatted heading.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
