Description:
When hovering over a link with the mouse cursor, the latter should change from
the usual arrow shape to a little hand with all the fingers closed with the
exception of the thumb and the index (that appears as pointing to the link).
Indeed, this is what happens with the gtk3 vcl plugin. Conversely, with the KF5
and QT5 plugins, the cursor turns into an open hand (which is the typical
"panning" cursor).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the about libreoffice dialog
2. Hover with the mouse on top of the "See Log:" link
Actual Results:
Mouse cursor turns into an open hand
Expected Results:
Mouse cursor should turn into a pointing hand
Reproducible: Always
