Where is the pencil button on the taskbar?
I have been working on a computer for more than 20 years and for 2 hours I can
not find the most important button for freehand drawing.
Are you kidding me?
Do you test your products?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw and try to draw something by hand.

Actual Results:
No freehand drawing buttons
Expected Results:
The "draw by hand" button in a prominent place.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
