On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + gtk3 rendering, I got a
slightly different problem.
When launching Writer on a brand new file and beginning to add footnotes, one
time I got a thick line, the second time I got normal line, then 3rd time thick
line, 4th time a normal line, etc.
