Don't think so. If you load a document, the TS is taken from the what has been
stored regardless any checkbox. We have a) the situation to apply a TS to
existing content with the expectation that cells containing text must not be
formatted as numbers, and b) somehow Richard managed to loose data and I don't
follow how exactly.
