I've installed on XP-32 LiBo nightly build 2012/12/18.
The XP is a VM that is a snapshot of a "clean" OS, I mean NO other office
programs previous installed (no OOo, no LiBo, no "other"...).
All the odf files are NOT associated with anything, and if you try an "open
with", as reported, LiBo is not listed among the possible choices.
So the "main" bug is that the installer (I used the .msi file) does not create
the association, and (consequence?) second bug is that LiBo is not listed as
possible programs to choose from.
You have the workaround of find libo.exe and manually associate, or open the
file from the program, but OMHO this bug has a high impact on new installations
by normal users ("it does not work, even can't open it's files!").
And I think can labelled as a "regression" since 3.6x installer work fine.
