Confirmed, someone has mucked with this component in 7.0b1 and made it to where
comment (and other related components) resizing that was a buggy two-step
process is now *BROKEN* and not possible. Recommend increase in bug severity
level for 7.0b1. This is not technically a regression as no previous version
had this component completely non-functional. If beta developer is actually
working on this bug, please comment on it. If no one caused this on purpose,
recommend intentionally regress to 6.3.6 codebase for this component for 7.0b2
or 7.0rc1.
