Description:
CRASH: Calc crashes when you press Ctrl+arrow down with enabled "very large
spreadsheet" option

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you activated "Enable very large spreadsheets" option in Options
dialog (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/7.0#Support_for_very_large_spreadsheets)
2. Restart LibreOffice
3. Open Calc
4. Press Ctrl+arrow down =>crash or type adress A2000000 into Name Box field =>
crash too

Actual Results:
Calc crashes

Expected Results:
Calc works fine and shows me last row in empty sheet


Reproducible: Always
