Inserting the image works for me. Not sure, if the result is as the reporter
intended, so attaching this screenshot
Steps:
1. Unzip attachment 153837 and open .odb
2. Modify the included macro to correct the path of the image
3. Double-click Form1 to open it
4. Click the button
