repro

Version: 7.0.0.0.beta1 (x64)
Build ID: 94f789cbb33335b4a511c319542c7bdc31ff3b3c
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI render:
Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (de_DE); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The were two things that caught my attention:

1. It's not necessary to add a slide. You can open just a ODP with more than
one slide and then insert the chart on slide 2 or higher.

2. In this case, it seems that Impress 'learns' the name of the unspecified
undo object "Edit text" by undoing it and then redoing it. But I could not make
work with “Insert Chart”.

It's like this:
1. Open a ODP with 2 slides
2. Go to slide 2
3. Insert Chart
4. To 'finish' the step 'Insert Chart', change 'focus' and click on box 'Click
to add title' ('Edit text of Title text')

The Undo is now unspecified “Undo :” (NOT “Undo: Edit text of Title text 'Click
to...'")
1. Click on unspecified Undo
It's “Undo: ” again (for Chart Insertion), but now Redo specifies the object!
It's: "Redo: Edit text of Title text 'Click to…'"
2. Click on Redo
Undo changed from “Undo: “ to “Undo: Edit text of Title text 'Click to…'".

I attach a screencast.
