symbol next to it
Steps to reproduce:
1. install local help (English-GB)
2. ensure LibODev user interface language is set to English GB
Current behavior: there are placeholders where the icons (e.g. the red
explanation mark symbol) should be
Expected behavior: the symbols/pictures appear, as they do with online help
