Can not confirm, sample single sentence paragraphs will take the Format -> Text
->
'UPPERCASE' or 'lowercase' conversion. Selection of several will also as a
block.
Likewise all selected will complete the transliteration cycle of the <Shift>+F3
'Cycle case', or Format -> Text menu entry.
