Insertion-Forme-Legenedes in French is Insert-Form-Callouts in English.
So don't translate as translater.
This bug report is wrong, because you focus on your subjective problem and we
cannot help on that, just on objective bug.
Not clear if:
1. you used only LO 6.4 and data is missing when reopened now, which would
indicate bug or change in 6.4; or
2. you created with LO 6.3 and bug appeared with 6.4, if you upgraded.
You need to explain exactly how you create text inside, do you just type, do
you change color.
We need reproducible steps and objective clear problem.
You had better try to reproduce on sample document what happens.
