No, blue callouts (with text like "Text 11-06-20", which you described how to
insert and that's clear) can be edited and saved and no bug there.
But green callouts are somehow created and attached to chart (how?) and their
text can be edited and saved in LO 6.2 but not in 6.3 and 7.1+ so bug is there
- if we agree that's a bug.
