Problem description: Cannot access number format tab on Format -> Cells dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Calc
2. Go to Format ->Cells
3. Click on Numbers Tab
Current behavior: Calc crashes to desktop, no error. Restarting attempts to
recover document. Running from terminal gives no error.
Expected behavior: Numbers tab functions.
Operating System: Linux (Other)
