Problem description: 

In "LibreOffice 4.0 beta1 Writer" the cursor most of the time doesn't access
blank/empty lines.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Write a text section and add blank (empty) lines to the document.
2. Place the text cursor inside of the text section, next try to move the text
cursor to the blank line by clicking on the blank line with the left mouse
button.
3. In 50% of the cases the cursor won't jump to the blank line.

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

When left clicking on a blank line the cursor should always move there.
