UI has already been reworked Bookmarks accessible from Dialog, or Find Bar in
Bookmark mode, or Navigator in Bookmark mode with mix of keyboard and mouse GUI
movements.
Navigator bookmark mode provide direct movement and ability to directly edit.
While the Dialog (.uno:InsertBookmark), Next Bookmark
(.uno:JumpToNextBookmark), and Previous Bookmark (.uno:JumpToPrevBookmark) are
all available for user to assign to keyboard shortcut.
