I understand this as a request to toggle between upper and lower case, and
likely also normal case. We have Upper- and Lowercase available to customize
into any toolbar. And also the Cycle Case function, which is available via
Format > Text and per Shift+F3. I don't see need for a button on the toolbar.
Keep in mind that we have to support small screens and more buttons don't fit
onto the toolbar resp. would go into the overflow menu.

Don't understand this. What exactly is missing or inconvenient? Please describe
work flow and expectation. Ideally also double-check bug 108746 that a similar
request has not been done yet.
