I can also reproduce it with:
1. Open https://bz.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=12592
2. Select all
3. Copy
4. Paste as RTF
5. Edit -> Track Changes ->> Reject all
6. Undo 2/3 times
-> Crash
