Excel supports ActiveX controls and Form Control type controls in Developer
Tools ribbon -> Controls -> Insert.
This meta bug is about supporting the Form Control type of controls,
recognizable by the presence of xl\ctrlProps\ctrlPropN.xml files in the xlsx.
