OK, opened the (attached) file that you sent and attempted to open with
incorrect password. Functioned as expected, i.e. no text within the file was
visible. As a further test, I attempted to open a file, again using an
incorrect password, saved on my wife's laptop, using LibOff ver 3.3.2.2. This
again worked as expected.

As a final test, I created and saved, on my other laptop, a test document
(test.odt) with a password using LibOff 3.5.4.2 Build id: 350m1 (Build: 2).
Again, when attempting to open, using LibOff 3.6.2.2, with an incorrect
password, everything functioned as normal.

So I guess there is no bug, just some sort of transient cliche!

I'll set this bug report to resolved
