Cannot enable Japanese input keyboard
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice Viewer
2. Create New Text Document
3. Tap a Keyboard icon (page top)
4. Appear ascii keyboard
5. Cannot change Japanese keyboard
Actual Results:
Cannot input Japanses character
Expected Results:
Can input Japanses character
Reproducible: Always

Can input Japanese characters.
However, Japanese characters are garbled in Collabroa Office.
