Description:
The Capitalizing is faulty.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I select a certain string of text and using the Word command Shift+F3 (which
works with Writer as well) capitalize the text.
2. That selected text does get capitalized.
Actual Results:
But the surrounding text too gets horribly affected. In the nearby text all
sorts of weird case conversions happen.
Expected Results:
Only the selected text should be Capitalized.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
