Description:
To apply border style to all sides, one must click the 4 sides in the
user-defined area.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Highlight cells by right click
3. Go to Format and Select Cell
4. Select Border
5. Select Border Style
6. Click where to put style in User-Defined Area
Actual Results:
Style is applied to only areas of border chosen
Expected Results:
Style is applied to all side of border
Reproducible: Yes
User Profile Reset: Yes
