Description:
I'm using LibreOffice 6.4.4.2 in the China locale and finding a very strange
bug. I'll try to be as clear as possible in the description.
Open Template Manager，then Right click to delete the built-in template,and
Prompt cannot be deleted,and It is recommended to delete the built-in template.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Template Manager
2.Right click to delete the built-in template
3.Prompt cannot be deleted
4.It is recommended to delete the built-in template
Actual Results:
Prompt cannot be deleted
Expected Results:
It is recommended to delete the built-in template
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
