Description:
It is not possible to set where X axis should cross secondary Y axis, in spite
it is written in positioning dialogue "Cross other axis at" and certain value
can be selected. In practice it applies to fist Y axis.
Such ability would improve usability and visual attractiveness of Charts in
Libreoffice.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file and enter chart.
2.Select X axis and open properties.
3.Go to positioning tab and in "Cross other axis at" select "0" in value.
4. Push OK.
Actual Results:
X is axis is crossing primary Y axis at "0" and secondary axis in another place
(not at "0").
Expected Results:
X axis should cross primary and secondary Y axis at "0".
