Description:
Inserting an heading at the first page will increase the page count with 1-10
pages

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select "Hello World" and change it to heading 1
3. Wait -> page count of 200 will change.. and/or update index (which could
cause again a different page count


Actual Results:
Page count changes.. 

Expected Results:
No change at all..
