Hello there
Nothing fishy in the "Default Languages for Documents" section, it is set to
french.
I don't reproduce the bug on a basic document and don't use much LO currently
(I think I upgraded to Version : 6.4.3.2 also).
I don't know how you manage this kind of bugs but if you want to clean you
backlog and think it is not important, you can close it.
