The footer line appears to variate in thickness
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll to document.. look at the footer lines.. line at footnote 5 is
sometimes little fatter, sometimes not.
Zoom has some influence (did see it at 160) Anti-aliasing doesn't matter. No
difference between Skia/GDI
Actual Results:
Some footnote lines appear thinner/fatter
Expected Results:
All the same
Reproducible: Always
