With StartAlways set "true" per Comment 12, Rehearse Timings opens Presenter
Console, now with new Pause/Resume buttons.
Presenter console becomes main screen but Alt+Tab shows also other presentation
screen.
Usually, with StartAlways false, Rehearse Timings is of little value, it only
has clock.
Seems that fine solution in this bug would be to start Rehearse Timings with
StartAlways set true.
