I wouldn't agree. Bug 130446 didn't have good Description and what was
clarified in Comment 6 is OK now, so I duplicated.
What I see wrong is general LO behavior, regardless of format. Regression that
numbering is not updated on insert in between, until reload. I'll See Also.
